Choosing and using Chinese incense
How do I get my discount code?
Contact us and select new or returning customer. Our team will confirm the appropriate code and its terms. Enter the code at checkout after receiving it.
How are the handmade incense sticks grouped?
Browse four groups: sandalwood, agarwood, Jiangzhen, and botanical incense. The botanical group includes cliff cypress (Yabai) and aged mugwort as separate products.
What is the difference between the sample sets?
Choose any four of our eight incense varieties (8 sticks total), or all eight varieties (16 sticks total). Each scent includes 2 sticks, approximately 8–10 cm each. View all scents and ordering instructions.
Are the scented plaques jewelry?
The planned scented plaques are intended for hanging or carrying. They are not listed as necklaces or jewelry. Product materials, dimensions, and care instructions will be available when the collection launches.
How do I use incense?
Use a stable, heat-resistant holder on a heat-resistant surface. Light the tip and gently extinguish the flame. Ventilate the room and never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
