What is included in the 4-scent sample set?

Choose any four of our eight single-material incense varieties. Each scent includes two sticks, for eight sticks total. Each stick is approximately 8–10 cm long. After ordering, contact us with your order number and four scent choices.

What is included in the 8-scent sample set?

All eight varieties are included, with two sticks per scent and sixteen sticks total. Each stick is approximately 8–10 cm long.

Which eight scents can I try?

What are the single-material incense sticks made from?

Each of these eight varieties uses its named aromatic powder and binder powder. Read the individual product page for the specific ingredients. Blended incense and other formats have their own product descriptions.

What size are the backflow incense cones?

The standard cones are 35 mm high with a 12 mm base diameter and a 2 mm central hole. Choose six or twelve cones of one scent. View backflow incense cones.

Can I request custom cone sizes?

Yes. Send your preferred scent, height, base diameter, hole diameter and quantity through our contact page. Custom pricing and production timing are confirmed before ordering.

How do I request a discount code?

Contact us by email at jasz@yicheneco.com, through the contact form or using store chat when available. Tell us whether this is your first order or you are a returning customer so we can confirm the applicable offer.

How should I use incense?

Use a stable, heat-resistant holder on a heat-resistant surface, in a ventilated space. Keep incense away from flammable materials, children and pets, and never leave it burning unattended.

How can I confirm shipping or ask about an order?

Orders typically dispatch in 7–15 days. Delivery to the United States and Europe typically takes 10–25 days after dispatch. These are estimates, and custom-order timing is confirmed separately. How do Natural Jiangzhen and Hai'nan Jiangzhen differ?

Natural Jiangzhen sticks use Jiangzhen wood powder and binder powder. Hai'nan Jiangzhen sticks use aged Hainan Jiangzhen wood powder and binder powder. No specific ageing period is stated.
