What incense can I use?
This holder is designed for incense sticks. Select a stick that fits the roof opening freely and remains stable; do not force it. The incense opening is 2.5 mm in diameter. Contact us to check compatibility before ordering if your stick size is uncertain. It is not a backflow burner or a full-length ash-catching tray.
Use and care
Place the holder on a larger heat-resistant tray to collect falling ash, on a stable surface away from flammable materials. Check that the stick is secure before lighting. Use in a ventilated space, keep away from children and pets, and never leave burning incense unattended. Let the holder and ash cool before handling. Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and allow to dry.
